摘要:本文简述当下中国粮食安全面临的挑战,试图转变视角将生态安全理念引入中国粮食安全,利用二者间明显的协同效应更好地应对挑战,通过防治污染、保护生态、构建农田生态景观等方式实施生态安全战略提高中国粮食安全水平,通过建立有利的政策环境、加强部门间协调机制、建立部门间监测和评价机制、提高农业推广效率等方式构建中国农业景观生态安全的支持政策和制度,使中国粮食系统更包容、更高效、更可持续、更健康和应对未来冲击更具弹性。
