摘要：Introduction. Economic development is often accompanied by environmental degradation，partly because of the reduced time the now pro-urban farmers spend on resource management. Villagers and officials equally being in favour of development，this phenomenon is caused by less capital，money and labour being dedicated to rural resource management.
