摘要：由于历史纽带和共同的殖民地经历，巴西与非洲历来保持着密切关系，特别是与葡语非洲国家的密切关系。伴随二战后的非洲非殖民化浪潮，巴西同非洲国家之间的关系越发紧密，尤其是在1974年葡萄牙殖民政权倒台后。2003年卢拉政府上台之后，由于在任总统与其“总统外交”的推动，巴西和非洲之间的互动增加，主要表现扩大的贸易额、政治对话与双边合作上。
