摘要:Over the years,China has made significant progress in poverty reduction through education, contributing to the achievement of the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Development,in particular Goal 4 (Education) and Goal 1 (Poverty Reduction). This chapter presents case studies from China that illustrate the practices and experiences in promoting education for targeted poverty alleviation in China, focusing on five core themes of Education 2030 Agenda that demonstrate cases from various contexts involving all levels and types of education. It is intended that lessons drawn from these case studies will provide a reference for the international community in implementing the 2030 Development Agenda, especially SDG 1 and SDG 4.
