Migrant Workers’ Mobility and Poverty in China：an Analytical Framework and Policy Implications

摘要：很多研究特别强调了农民工与城市居民（或就业者）相比的弱势地位，少数文章也指出农民工之中存在贫困，但是很少有研究将农民工贫困作为一个专门的论题进行认真而细致的调查、分析与讨论。中国政府在扶贫与发展的政策文本中缺乏有关农民工贫困问题的表述。本文将从贫困分析的视角试图处理中国大规模人口流动中出现的农民工贫困问题，建立流动与贫困间的分析模型，并从实践的视角分析模型中的政策含义。
