Rural Labour Migration in China：Challenges for Policies

摘要：近年来，政府已经逐渐认可农民工的贡献，在很大程度上开始意识到农村劳动力流动的重要性。然而，尽管政府制定了很多保护农民工和促进劳动力流动的政策，但是，还没有得到足够的重视。面对这样的问题，重要的是，应该注意到这些挑战之间不是相互孤立的，而是缠绕在一起的。政策与项目在应对这些挑战时应利用现有的资源，这些资源存在于地方政府、非政府机构、学术单位、农民工自身与其他社会组织/个人之中。目前，与农村劳动力相关涉的机构与人员有：中央与地方政府、国际组织、地方非政府机构、学术单位、农民工及其家庭、雇主与志愿者。
