摘要：本文概述影响中国粮食安全的几大问题，基于中国的粮食安全概念和现状提出当前中国农业非点源污染、地下水位下降、碳足迹问题、浪费严重、粮价上升竞争力下降等问题，从产品层面、土地资源层面、生态资源层面、消费层面综合思考粮食安全问题，并从生态风险和生态健康两方面阐述生态安全的概念及其在粮食安全方面的应用，以建立分工明确、协调统一的国家生态治理体系，促进生态治理现代化。
