摘要：本文概述粮食主产区的生态安全战略，思考当前改善粮食主产区生态安全过程中面临的挑战和机遇，提出推广粮食主产区生态安全的公共政策，从功能和行动策略两方面分析生态安全战略的主要特点并制定改善粮食主产区生态安全的战略行动路线；通过政策支持、部门间协商、监测和评估等执行生态安全战略安排，从而为达成2030年可持续发展议程中的粮食安全目标持续迈进，争取在县级以综合方式实现粮食安全六大目标，制定连贯、互动和积极主动的生态安全公共战略以实现改善中国粮食主产区的生态安全的目标。
